*What’s required to maintain the Impact Discount on the monthly package?
You need to submit a quarterly report in the impact portal outlining:
Number of people covered by the infrastructure
Number of people actively using the infrastructure
Number of people accessing the infrastructure free of charge
Images and videos of the installed infrastructure
You also need to participate in the connectEMERGENCY programme and allow you connectivity to be accessed to the community for free during disasters.
If impact reports are not submitted by September 30, December 31, March 31, and June 30, standard pricing will automatically apply the following quarter.
