Step 1: Release the Dish from the Previous Account
Before the migration can be completed, the dish must be unlinked from the previous account. This step requires action from the current owner:
Log into the Starlink customer portal at Starlink.com.
Navigate to "Your Starlinks" and click Manage next to the kit to be transferred.
Click Cancel Service on the left. Take note of the Starlink identifier, as it will no longer be visible after removal.
Under Devices, locate the dish, click Transfer, and confirm the conditions.
